Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Servify, you will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates across multiple channels. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient staffing and a positive candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and campus recruitment initiatives.

Support the creation of job descriptions and post job openings across relevant channels.

Candidate Screening

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and role suitability.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, experience, and basic qualifications.

Interview Coordination

Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.

Prepare interview materials and guides to support interviewers throughout the selection process.

Candidate Experience

Maintain a positive candidate journey by providing timely updates, communication, and feedback throughout the hiring cycle.

Assist with onboarding activities to support a smooth transition for new hires.

Administrative Support

Manage and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Generate reports on recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualification and Requirements:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and a proactive willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation is an advantage.
