Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features across our platformIdentify opportunities to implement AI solutions in areas such as claims adjudication, fraud prediction, customer experience optimisation, operational excellence and process innovation.Collaborate with data science teams to develop and implement ML models that improve service delivery efficiencyWork closely with cross functional teams to understand their needs and integrate AI solutions that enhance the capabilities of different modules of the platform.Define product requirements and success metrics for AI initiativesCoordinate with engineering teams to ensure successful development and deployment of AI featuresMonitor AI product performance and iterate based on data-driven insightsDrive the adoption of AI features across our platform Required Qualifications:4-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on AI/ML productsStrong understanding of machine learning concepts, especially LLMs, and applicationsExperience with data-driven decision making and analyticsTrack record of successfully launched productsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
