We are seeking an experienced Implant TA Specialist with a strong background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment .

*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles including relationship managers, sales, credit, operations, and backend banking profiles. Must have experience into Volume hiring

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies

Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels

Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions

Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders

Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and documentation processes
