About the Role:

Technical Recruiter

0–3 years of experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking events.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in an EU/UK/US Market.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terms.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
