Role & responsibilities

Hands on END - END Recruitments

Excellent communication skills in written and verbal

Hands on all IT recruitments hiring experience.

Hands on experience rigth from sourcing to till onboarding the candidate.

Hands of experience using ATS and good experience in cv editing and on excel.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within IT services, software development, or enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level engineering roles (Full-Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Cloud Engineers).
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and modern tech stacks (e.g., ReactJS, Laravel, Java, .NET, Azure, AWS, SQL).
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate relationship management tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
