Technical Recruiter

As a Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter at Bharti Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in acquiring talents for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Familiarizing with the staffing & talent needs and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. - Utilizing your expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates from various job sites and ATS. - Employing analytical skills to assess candidates and maintain interaction summaries. - Creating leads, managing pipelines, and engaging with candidates until they are successfully onboarded. - Continuously learning, improving, and adapting to the dynamic recruitment landscape. Qualifications required for this role include: - 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, TA, or a related field. - Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and job sites/portals. - Experience in IT recruitment. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Additionally, having a degree in Human Resources or a related field can be advantageous, and immediate joiners may receive preference for this position.
