Participation in code reviews and generating technical documentation meeting organizational standards will be essential. Experience in developing front and back-end applications and contributing to project/customer success through various activities will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3-8 years of IT experience with a solid understanding of PHP fundamentals. You must be open to learning new technologies quickly, have a good grasp of OOPS concepts, and be proficient in Core PHP, MySQL, Solr/Algolia/Elastic Search, Laravel, Memcached, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with tools like GIT and JIRA is required. An understanding of advanced PHP techniques, the ability to design solutions for complex problems, and finding high-quality solutions within short timeframes are essential. Driving technical skill growth within the team, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are also key skills needed for this position.,
