Our Executive Search Vertical delivers technical HR solutions to meet the precise requirements of companies. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting candidates to meet the staffing needs of various clients. Tasks include job posting, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates thoroughly Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple hiring needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the HR industry is a plus Show more Show less
