Plant HR Head

As a Plant HR Head in Surat, your primary role will be to oversee daily plant operations and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance management, and maintaining plant safety standards. Additionally, strategic planning to meet production targets and optimize plant performance will be a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Plant Operations and Production Management, possess skills in Production Planning, Budgeting, and Quality Control, and have a strong background in HR management and employee relations. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively on-site and lead a diverse team. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Masters degree being preferred. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous for this position.,
