Responsibilities

  • To ensure timely selection & recruitment of best talent (as empowered by Corp HR) within budget as & when it is required.
  • To ensure timely completion of joining formalities & Induction training for new joinee.
  • To ensure 100% effective implementation of policies as defined by Corp HR.
  • To implement effective performance appraisal, reward and recognition programs for employees.
  • To ensure all statutory compliances are done with zero default.
  • To ensure formation of policies to reduce attrition & absenteeism as well as effective implementation of same policies.
  • To build & develop good relations with Government officials for all legal compliances.
  • Competency mapping & identification of gap analysis for the staff.
  • To ensure formation of skill matrix for workers and preparation of training calendar as well as imparting /coordinating training programs from time to time.
  • To ensure efficient grievance handling /solutions.
  • To implement organization structure as defined by Corp HR.
  • To effectively manage all administrative functions which includes, housekeeping (using

5S as tool), uniforms, gardening, canteen, travel management etc.

  • To ensure harmonious industrial relations.
  • To facilitate/coordinate open house for workers and yearly employee engagement survey

and give timely feedback to management.

  • To circulate MIS and get it reviewed with the Plant Head/Corp HR Head.
  • To start initiatives towards meeting social responsibilities for society.
  • To facilitate exit interviews and implementation of exit policies.
  • To ensure timely providing attendance to C & B Team and salary/wages disbursement in time.
  • To implement welfare activities as defined by Corp HR / Government.
  • To develop successor through 2nd line employees
