Job Description

Roles To be responsible for personal and admin function which includes Payroll processing and Time Office. To implement policies that makes a great place to work. To Coordinate & resolve related employees issues. Pursuing excellence in all areas of operation using PDCA approach. Team building and inculcating positive approach. Responsibilities Compile and maintain the attendance data of all employees on daily basis. Resolving the queries related to attendance, leave & other grievances. Responsible for daily updating the attendance of workers. Maintaining the leave record of employees both in hard & soft copy. Maintaining and Review the overtime of contractual labor as well as companys staff/ workers as per sanctioned in capacity sheet. Completing all new Joining Formalities & Updating new joining data in database (SAP) and send the report to Corporate Office on daily basis. Updating new employee’s details in PF & ESIC portal on daily basis. Prepare the daily absent report & Display the daily Miss punch report in Notice Board. Prepare the Manpower Attrition sheet on monthly basis. Prepare and maintain the salary input data of all employees as per HR Policy and send the report to Corporate Office. Prepare the final summary sheet and send it to HR head for approval. Distribution of salary slip & resolving the salary related issues. Resolving the PF & ESIC related issues. Maintain Unpaid Salaries/Wages on monthly basis. Verifying the Contractor’s Bill every month as per salary sheet and send to accounts dept. for payment. Ensuring all legal/statutory compliance as per Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act, Employment Exchange Act, Payment of Bonus Act & Apprenticeship Act. Ensure timely submission of EPF & ESIC return. Prepare the daily dashboard report and send to all concerned HODs. Prepare the monthly MRM data and discuss with Head HR. Reduce/Control the absenteeism & attritions as per target. Prepare the Manpower Budget as per capacity sheet . Provide the manpower (workers) in the plant as per requirements. Prepare and updating the organizational chart on monthly basis and send to Head HR and Recruitment To ensure team building and skill enhancement of team members & multi skilling of workers in dept. To implement Kaizen & Continual improvement action with 100% employee involvement. IATF 16949 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & ISO 45001(OHS) standard requirement practical Implementation in the shop floor-maintaining standard formats, training, procedures to all Concerned. To develop successor through down the line employees.
