(TII) , a flagship company of the Murugappa Group . https://tiindia.com/tube-products-of-india/ About Role & Responsibilities: Manpower planning as per business requirements with budgeted cost and headcount. Recruitment of employees in all categories, salary fitments, and induction of new entrants. Monitor the man-machine ratio in line with productivity. Preparing annual manpower budget for the plant. Master in statutory compliance wrt all labour and factory laws. Overall supervision on Time office / Payroll management. Co-ordinating and execute the talent development projects. Skill development of M/c Operators and contract labours. Responsible for Plant administrative work like Security/ Housekeeping, Gardening, Office automation, CCTV/ canteen, transport, and Hospitality management. Responsible for the culture of the factory and employees. Liasioning with local people, Govt agencies, General public. Contract Labour Management. All above to be done in close coordination with Divisional / Corporate HR at Chennai. Welfare and safety of employees/event management. Monitoring end-to-end training activities, in line with IATF / OHSAS requirements. Should be able to face the internal, external and customer audits.
