About the role

People Operations & Talent Specialist

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Write clear, compelling job descriptions and position Opsolute effectively to candidates.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline for engineering, product, design, sales, and operations roles.


Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Proactively engage talent with thoughtful, founder-aligned outreach.
  • Represent

    with clarity, empathy, and transparency throughout the hiring journey.


Candidate Experience & Hiring Operations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely communication.
  • Deliver a structured, respectful, and high-quality interview experience.


People Operations & HR Management

  • Manage HRMS platforms such as Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (or equivalent).
  • Run monthly payroll, manage benefits, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR data accurately.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and internal HR processes.


Employer Branding & Culture

  • Support hiring campaigns, team spotlights, and culture content for LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Help strengthen Opsolute’s employer brand as a place for builders and owners.


Process Improvement & Analytics

  • Track recruitment and HR metrics (time-to-hire, funnel health, attrition, etc.).
  • Continuously improve hiring and people operations processes as we scale.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition + HR / People Operations (startup or tech environment preferred).
  • Proven experience hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, or similar HRMS/payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, onboarding, and HR operations in India.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in an evolving startup environment.
  • A people-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
