Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about hiring the right people and building high-performing teams. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, with an emphasis on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will be innovative, target-driven, and able to deliver within defined timelines, while also contributing to HR strategies and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates across functions.

 Forecast annual hiring needs and design strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals.

 Identify and leverage diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.

 Re-engineer & streamline the recruitment process to improve speed and efficiency.

 Ensure all hiring KPIs (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix) are achieved.  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

 Promote the company’s employee value proposition across digital and social media platforms.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

HR & Strategic Support (Secondary)

 Support onboarding and induction of new hires.  Provide guidance on HR policies, contracts, and employment laws.

 Liaise between management and employees for smooth HR operations.

 Assist in performance management processes and feedback systems.


Desired Skills

 Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and innovative talent sourcing.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Familiarity with social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks.

 Strong ability to work with time-based TATs from requirement to closure.

 Analytical mindset to continuously re-evaluate recruitment strategies.

 Attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT).

 Strong recruitment background with demonstrated success in hiring across levels.

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

 Strong command of written and spoken English.
