We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about hiring the right people and building high-performing teams. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, with an emphasis on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will be innovative, target-driven, and able to deliver within defined timelines, while also contributing to HR strategies and employee engagement.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates across functions.
Forecast annual hiring needs and design strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
Identify and leverage diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
Re-engineer & streamline the recruitment process to improve speed and efficiency.
Ensure all hiring KPIs (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix) are achieved. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Promote the company’s employee value proposition across digital and social media platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Support onboarding and induction of new hires. Provide guidance on HR policies, contracts, and employment laws.
Liaise between management and employees for smooth HR operations.
Assist in performance management processes and feedback systems.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and innovative talent sourcing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks.
Strong ability to work with time-based TATs from requirement to closure.
Analytical mindset to continuously re-evaluate recruitment strategies.
Attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT).
Strong recruitment background with demonstrated success in hiring across levels.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
