Job Description – Talent Acquisition Manager Location- Kolkata (PAN India hiring) Industry- Ed-tech/ Skill Development Company Overview Laureates Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading provider of National Mission for Skill Development, Content Engine, and SaaS Platforms for the Pre-Primary, K-12, and Higher Education ecosystems. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the organization. The role involves designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing employer branding, and partnering with business leaders to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning: ● Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. ● Create and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Recruitment Operations: ● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. ● Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Team Leadership:● Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve targets. ● Monitor KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and prepare regular reports for leadership. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: ● Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships. ● Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional experience for candidates at every stage. Stakeholder Collaboration: ● Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and selection criteria. ● Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to support business decisions. Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). ● Proven experience (3–5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role. ● Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media hiring. ● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. ● Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting. Preferred Attributes: ● Experience in large-scale hiring or niche skill recruitment. ● Exposure to employer branding initiatives ● Strong networking abilities and relationship management skills.
