Role: HR - Talent Acquisition (TA)


What You'll Own

  • End-to-end hiring for Digital, Creative, Strategy, BD, Tech, and Support functions.
  • Build and manage a quality talent pipeline specifically from the

    advertising/digital ecosystem

    .
  • Conduct detailed screening to evaluate functional understanding, culture fit, and role alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand mandates and craft optimal hiring strategies.
  • Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate experience from first call to offer rollout.
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly hiring reports.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives — LinkedIn job posts, content, internal communications, and events.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new joiners when required.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition

    within an

    advertising/digital marketing agency

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of agency roles — Creative, Content, Account Management, BD, Performance, Tech, etc.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions at high speed with accuracy.
  • Passion for people, culture, creativity, and digital-first businesses.
  • Proactive, structured, and energetic — someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
