Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Generate recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS platforms, and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for technical or niche roles.
• Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment.
• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
