Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment life cycle, building and maintaining employer branding initiatives, identifying and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure the company attracts, evaluates, and selects qualified employees to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Candidate Sourcing
• Experience in Interviewing and Assessing Candidates for diverse roles
• Hands-on expertise in Employer Branding and employer value proposition
• Proficiency in Managing Recruiting and Hiring Processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR compliance, labor laws, and workplace policy implementation is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
