Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic hiring needs. Qualifications Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and selection processes Skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment Experience with using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with candidates and hiring teams Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects effectively Ability to identify and attract top talent through market research and networking Experience in the IT or consultancy industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
