Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and selection processes
• Skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment
• Experience with using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with candidates and hiring teams
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects effectively
• Ability to identify and attract top talent through market research and networking
• Experience in the IT or consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
