Job Overview

proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for

    IT and non-IT roles

    across multiple domains.
  • Manage job postings and advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate complete interview scheduling with hiring managers.

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to ensure smooth and effective hiring processes.
  • Provide coaching on sourcing strategies and interview best practices.
  • Support the team in achieving recruitment targets consistently.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all hiring needs.
  • Provide transparent, timely updates on pipelines and recruitment progress.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and align talent availability accordingly.

4. End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Handle the complete candidate journeyfrom sourcing to offer rollout and negotiation.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track all active requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for selected candidates.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, screening notes, and status updates.
  • Prepare and share periodic recruitment reports and metrics with senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    1.52 years in talent acquisition within the staffing industry.
  • Hiring Expertise:

    Strong experience in

    IT and non-IT recruitment

    .
  • Team Leadership:

    Prior experience mentoring or managing a team is a strong advantage.
  • Client Handling:

    Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in recruitment tools, LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS platforms, and MS Office.
  • A degree in

    technology

    (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is a plus.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills—

    mandatory

    .
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to join immediately and relocate to

    Pune

    if needed for hybrid/in-office work.
