About the Role: Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js + Java Backend) Overview: This role is for a proactive, highly skilled Full Stack Developer responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that power our end-to-end loan processing systems, web portals, and data processing pipelines. You will work across the entire software stack with a focus on Java-based backend services and React-based frontend interfaces. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in full-stack development but also deeply understands scalable backend architecture, microservices, and API lifecycle management. Core Responsibilities: End-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java-based backend services (Spring Boot preferred) Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions Implement secure and maintainable RESTful APIs and microservices Build responsive, SEO-optimized UIs using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility Maintain code quality through TDD, code reviews, and best practices Participate in architectural discussions and bring forward performance and design optimizations Integrate third-party services, analytics, and monitoring tools Continuously improve deployment and CI/CD workflows Required Technical Skills: Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, context API, component lifecycle Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with UI libraries and design systems Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering is a plus Understanding of SEO, Lighthouse performance audits, and analytics integration Backend: Proficient in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture Experience with Node.js and Express.js Strong understanding of REST APIs, API versioning, and JWT-based authentication Familiarity with database systems: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest) DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) Experience with Git, GitHub, and agile workflows Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving ability Fast learner with a growth mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Experience and Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (B.Tech / M.Tech) Candidate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges will be preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in full-stack web development with recent projects in Java and React
