Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and research potential SME clients through online platforms, inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and social/professional networks (especially LinkedIn). Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for outreach and lead generation. Prepare and share regular reports on outreach, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. 6. Post-Sales Support Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in collaboration with customer success teams. Provide initial support and address post-sale inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or AI-based technology domains. Strong exposure to Indian SME/B2B markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in objection handling, consultative selling, and closing. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong LinkedIn networking and lead generation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner with a growth mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Experience in the Telematics industry is an added advantage.
