Job Description

Role Title: Inside Sales Executive, SME Sales Role Vertical: Sales and Marketing Years of Experience: 2-5 years Base Location: Noida Preferred Industry: CPaaS & Conversational AI Chatbots Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and research potential SME clients through online platforms, inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and social/professional networks (especially LinkedIn). Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for outreach and lead generation. Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records of all prospect interactions. 2. Customer Engagement Initiate outbound communications (calls, emails, messages) to engage prospective clients. Conduct compelling virtual product demos and presentations tailored to business needs. Understand client challenges and position solutions that align with their goals. 3. Sales Conversion Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations. Articulate product value, pricing, and benefits clearly to influence decision-making. Address objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively. 4. Collaboration Coordinate closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and shared insights. Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with on-ground sales strategies. 5. Performance & Reporting Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs. Prepare and share regular reports on outreach, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. 6. Post-Sales Support Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in collaboration with customer success teams. Provide initial support and address post-sale inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or AI-based technology domains. Strong exposure to Indian SME/B2B markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in objection handling, consultative selling, and closing. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong LinkedIn networking and lead generation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner with a growth mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Experience in the Telematics industry is an added advantage.
