We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ISR will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales of software products and professional services. This role involves engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings, understanding their business needs, and aligning our solutions to help them succeed.
• 4-6 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in software/SaaS or IT services. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. • Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce & Zoho. and Marketing tool like Zoom Info. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
