We are not looking for "telecallers." We are looking for Brand Ambassadors . You will represent a luxury hospitality brand, acting as the primary point of contact for corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth clients. You will work within a professional setup to drive revenue and business relationships for the property. Key Responsibilities Corporate Representation: Act as the voice of the hotel, conducting professional B2B outreach to Corporate HR Heads, Admin Managers, and Travel Desk Managers in Hyderabad. Strategic Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in corporate hubs (Hitech City, Gachibowli, Financial District) and qualify them for Room bookings and MICE (Events/Conferences). Pipeline Management: Manage a specific database of accounts, ensuring regular engagement via phone and email to keep the hotel top-of-mind for their travel needs. Appointment Setting: Skillfully navigate conversations to set up qualified meetings/site visits for the Senior Sales Team. Consultative Selling: Handle inbound inquiries with a focus on value and luxury service, rather than just price. Candidate Profile Experience: 0–3 Years. (Experience in Hospitality Sales, Airline Customer Service, or High-End Real Estate sales is a plus). Communication: Impeccable English (spoken and written) is non-negotiable. You must be able to hold a conversation with C-level executives. Regional Languages: Fluency in Hindi is required; Telugu is highly preferred. Soft Skills: High levels of patience, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle rejection with resilience. Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email drafting.
