Description We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to join our manpower company in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles across different industries. This role requires strong recruitment skills and the ability to manage the hiring process from start to end Responsibilities Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals. Screen candidates resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews using various interview techniques (e.g., structured, competency-based). Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding of new hires. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills and Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
