Job Description

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Somajiguda (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive candidate who can work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and deliver qualified candidates across Domestic and International roles.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a solid pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring priorities, technical requirements, and role expectations.
  • Specialized in sourcing & screening candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, IIMJobs, and other hiring platforms and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and client needs.
  • Experience in handling mid-level, senior-level, and niche skill hiring. Maintain a strong and qualified pipeline and coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets (Daily submissions, positions closed, interviews lined up).
  • Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a bachelor’s degree in any industry.
  • Excellent sourcing & screening skills and strong client-facing and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Proven experience working in target-driven recruitment roles for Domestic and International.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple requirements efficiently.
