You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Qualifications:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboardingDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for IFM rolesScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessmentsUtilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networksBuild and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry associations to source entry-level and experienced talentCollaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and define role requirementsConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practicesManage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data and metricsEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring processParticipate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote employer brandingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the facility management or related industriesStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment lawsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologiesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plusLocation
