Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Beinex, responsible for developing the talent pool by identifying and nurturing individuals with the right skills and potential to contribute to the company's future success. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy - Source, attract, interview, hire, and facilitate the integration of new employees - Develop and update job descriptions and specifications - Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements - Prepare recruitment materials and post job ads - Source and recruit candidates through various channels - Screen resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools - Schedule technical interviews with Beinex interview panels - Connect with selected candidates - Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding - Conduct orientation programs and employee relation counselling Qualification Required: - Graduation or Post Graduation in Human Resources Management is preferred - Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT domain - Hands-on experience with selection processes - Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities Additional Company Details: Beinex offers comprehensive health plans, learning and development opportunities, workation and outdoor training, a hybrid working environment, on-site travel opportunities, and Beinex branded merchandise as perks for employees.,
