Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Fresher) – EST Time Zone
Location: Initial Remote (Work from Home)
Work Hours: EST Time Zone (6: 30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter (Fresher) to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a recruiter, you will assist in identifying, screening, and onboarding top tech talent across various domains. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, technology, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sources.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Understand job requirements and technical skills from hiring managers or clients.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Provide a great candidate experience and maintain relationships for future opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineer, Data Analyst, QA, etc. (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using MS Office and web-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Flexibility to work EST hours.
• Previous internship or exposure to recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
