Role Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both US and domestic/internal hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and networking).
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Negotiate job offers, compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment reports and update ATS/HR systems.
• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative hiring support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience

  in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on expertise in

  US Staffing

  and

  Domestic/Internal Hiring

  .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in

  Day or Night shifts

  as per business needs.

Preferred Attributes

• Proven track record in both IT & Non-IT hiring.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (especially for US staffing).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
