· Partner with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
· Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus tie-ups, etc.) to attract top talent.
· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
· Maintain database of candidates
· Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards for management review.
· Design and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
· Conduct induction sessions to orient employees with institutional policies, culture, and values.
· Ensure documentation, background checks, and joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.
· Coordinate the exit process, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
· Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends.
