About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruitment), Senior & Junior

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  for IT roles such as Desktop Support, Network Engineers, System Administrators, IT Security, Cloud, and other technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, references, and social media.
  
• Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth interview and joining processes.
  
• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports and maintain ATS/MIS data accuracy.
  
• Ensure strong offer management and contribute to improving

  offer-to-join ratios

• Maintain a positive

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1 - 6 years of hands-on experience in

  IT recruitment

  (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skillsets.
  
• Proficient in using job portals like

  Naukri.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.
  
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for IT roles across levels.
