Job Description

• Understanding the recruitment needs of Docthub Job Portal clients by liaising with the BD team.
• Exceptional ability to screen Healthcare candidates as per the client’s requirements.
• Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, Apna hire, Job Hai, Monster, Shine, Etc.
• Posting jobs on various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, WhatsApp, Etc.
• Guiding candidates to apply for jobs through the Docthub Job Portal.
• Providing end-to-end assistance until candidates apply for job successfully.
• Developing screening strategies and procedures in line with Healthcare industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
• Providing feedback to management about details regarding applications.
• Creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
• Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Healthcare Management. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proven experience as a Talent Specialist  

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
