About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent mapping and a proven track record of stable employment with no job switches or maximum 2 switches during their full years of experience. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent to meet the growing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Perform comprehensive talent mapping to identify potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.Maintain and update candidate databases ensuring accuracy and completeness.Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring status and pipeline health.Stay updated on recruitment trends and market dynamics to inform strategic hiring decisions.Work with recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Up to 10 years of recruitment experience with strong expertise in talent mapping.Candidates must demonstrate stable job tenure with no job changes during the last 5 years.Proven experience in sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Heavy Engineering, Consulting sectors
Exposure to recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of employer branding and candidate engagement best practices.
