Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location: Bangalore The role of the Technical Program Manager begins as soon as a company client's sales cycle is completed. A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from "after sales" to "live implementation." At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time. Responsibilities & Duties Card91s SPOC for the client’s business and technical team Coordination of the client's business, technical and design teams with Card91's business, technical and design teams Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal’s demonstrations to the client’s teams Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client’s and Card91’s end to facilitate seamless integration and testing Supervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT, as well as sign off on the client's API integration Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment while contributing to key HR operational processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities & Duties Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across all levels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies. Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking . Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and manage interview coordination seamlessly. Lead offer negotiations to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company budgets. Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment progress and data accuracy. Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to support future business needs. Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in implementing HR policies and processes. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in resolving HR-related queries. . Qualifications & Skills Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment ; fintech/startup experience is preferred, not mandatory. Proven ability to source and attract high-quality talent via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms . Strong offer negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ATS tools and HR systems. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment .
