Job Description: Technical Program Manager About CARD91 CARD91 is a leading Issuance Platform-as-a-Service provider, revolutionising payment infrastructure for banks, corporations, and fintech companies. Our platform supports the issuance of various payment instruments, including PPI, debit, credit, multi-currency cards, and UPI, enhancing transaction visibility, control, and decision-making speed for customers, vendors, partners, and employees. Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location: Bangalore The role of the Technical Program Manager begins as soon as a company client's sales cycle is completed. A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from "after sales" to "live implementation." At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time. Responsibilities & Duties Card91s SPOC for the client’s business and technical team Coordination of the client's business, technical and design teams with Card91's business, technical and design teams Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal’s demonstrations to the client’s teams Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client’s and Card91’s end to facilitate seamless integration and testing Supervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT, as well as sign off on the client's API integration Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics. Total Experience of 4 to 5 years. 2 to 4 years of experience in API development and integrations. Ability to work and effectively communicate with other teams (external or internal) in an online or offline mode Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Financial services experience is a must.
