We are looking for a passionate and skilled Ayurvedic Formulation Chemist to develop and manage herbal cosmetic products using classical Ayurveda and natural ingredients. You will be responsible for R&D, formulation, testing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance of herbal beauty products like face powders, ubtans, creams, oils, soaps, and shampoos. Develop natural & Ayurvedic formulations (face powders, oils, ubtan, shampoo, etc.) Conduct ingredient research from Ayurvedic texts (Charak Samhita, Bhavaprakash) Ensure product safety, efficacy, and stability (using natural preservatives, if required) Work with plant extracts : tulsi, neem, manjistha, chandan, aloe vera, mulethi, rose Oversee small-batch production and standardization of formulas Maintain documentation for FDA/AYUSH/GMP as needed Perform basic lab testing for pH, viscosity, stability, and shelf life Collaborate with branding & packaging team for product launch Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,886.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
