Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive

    end-to-end recruitment

    for technical and non-technical roles across all levels.
  • Collaborate with

    internal stakeholders

    to

    understand role requirements

    and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through

    job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking

    .
  • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and manage

    interview coordination

    seamlessly.
  • Lead offer negotiations

    to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company budgets.
  • Maintain and optimize the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    to track recruitment progress and data accuracy.
  • Build and nurture a

    strong talent pipeline

    to support future business needs.
  • Facilitate

    smooth onboarding

    and induction processes for new hires.
  • Support

    employee engagement initiatives

    and assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
  • Maintain accurate

    employee records

    and assist in resolving HR-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    .
  • 3+ years

    of experience in

    end-to-end recruitment

    ; fintech/startup experience is preferred, not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to source and attract

    high-quality talent

    via

    LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms

    .
  • Strong

    offer negotiation

    stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Familiarity with

    ATS tools

    and HR systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles in a
