Key Responsibilities Contact customers with overdue payments via phone. Remind and guide borrowers about repayment timelines and methods. Clearly explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and resolve queries. Record accurate details of customer commitments and follow-ups in the system. Escalate complex cases or disputes to the collections manager. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
