About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, specializing in hiring for B2B SaaS roles across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will play a key role in scaling our team by identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various B2B SaaS roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS hiring.


Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS hiring.
  • Proven success in hiring for roles such as Account Executives, SDRs, Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS startup.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices (US, Europe, APAC).
  • Strong network in the SaaS talent ecosystem.
