Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT hiring, IT recruitment, technical hiring, and technical recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients (hiring managers).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
