Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of IT hiring, IT recruitment, technical hiring, and technical recruitment processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients (hiring managers).
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
