Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts and ensure smooth office operations with 4+ years in IT recruitment, specifically in hiring for Salesforce and other technical roles. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, including salary discussions, negotiations, and having a basic understanding of HR compliance. The candidate can support HR Ops and Admin tasks as needed, contributing to broader HR and office management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Salesforce and other IT roles (Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, DevOps, etc. )
  • Work closely with hiring managers and tech teams to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. ), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and manage feedback loops efficiently.
  • Drives salary discussion and negotiation with candidates, ensuring alignment with internal budget and benchmarks.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and basic labor law compliance during hiring.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for critical positions.
  • Support in HR Ops and Admin functions such as office asset maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance support.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 1+ year in Salesforce hiring.
  • Strong understanding of different Salesforce roles, skill sets, and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking, negotiation, and offer closure.
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like environments is a plus.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Enthusiastic to implement a variety of human resource programs.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Good To Have

  • Experience using ATS tools (e. g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse).
  • Exposure to campus hiring or lateral bulk hiring.
  • Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
