Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media networks, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, experience, and expectations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal tracking systems.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle documentation, offer negotiation, and pre-joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 13 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and HR databases is a plus.
