Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Workday Recruiting and head-hunting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and driving an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.

Work extensively on Workday Recruiting for requisition creation, job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling.

Conduct head-hunting to identify strong passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social networks, and industry references.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and project needs.

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess overall candidate fit.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Ensure recruitment SLAs and timelines are met with high quality.

Coordinate interview logistics and communicate updates to candidates.

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting (mandatory).

Proven experience in head-hunting and sourcing passive candidates.

Excellent knowledge of job portals and professional networking tools.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.

Good understanding of hiring processes, compliance, and documentation.
