About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with 4-6 years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition, particularly focused on sourcing Marketing, Sales, Marketing Research Based roles, Design, and some non-traditional Events Experience roles.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at meeting tight deadlines, and possess a proven track record of creative sourcing strategies and exceptional candidate engagement skills. International recruitment experience is a must along with hiring expertise across different levels.

Primary responsibility

  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to proactively source and attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals within specified timelines.
  • Build and organize a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Drive targeted head-hunting on LinkedIn.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the organization’s values, mission, and culture to prospective candidates.
  • Generate regular reports and metrics to monitor recruitment activities, track progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use search platforms like LinkedIn and cold-call through databases such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and IIM Jobs.
  • Act as a consultant for hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Assist the HR Manager in gathering employee records and HR data.
  • Verify candidates’ backgrounds by contacting references.
  • Coordinate and handle office events/functions, including Fun Fridays and other team activities.
  • Prepare reports and analytics related to HR data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Marketing and Sales positions.
  • International recruitment experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing strategies, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
