    KOLKATA (ONSITE)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, who is also enthusiastic about managing and supporting campus hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, excel at meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional candidate engagement skills while supporting broader HR initiatives and projects.

Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Assist in campus drives, including planning, coordination, and full-cycle support during the annual November–January period.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR data effectively.
    • Assist the HR Manager with background verification of new employees.
    • Manage employee enrollment by issuing forms and verifying document completion.
    • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
    • Address employee inquiries and help resolve operational issues.
    • Organize office events and activities (e.g., Fun Fridays, team functions).
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics and data.
    • Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
