Role Definition

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle at Artha Energy Resources, including mandate approvals, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer closure. This role coordinates with managers, HODs, and partners to meet timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Tools & Platforms

• Artha Central (HRIS for MRF approvals)
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System – new tool to be implemented)
• Excel / Google Sheets (recruitment reporting)
• Job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (managers, HODs).
• Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
• Good communication and candidate engagement skills.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in EPC / infra / energy.
• Experience managing multiple positions (15–20) concurrently.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
