Dynamic work environment: Be part of a passionate team that's changing the way India eats.   Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in the Food & Beverage industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the F&B sector and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.   Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry. Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attractqualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust recruitment strategies as needed. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, external recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Assist with other HR functions as needed, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.   Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Talent Acquisition or similar role, with a focus on the Food & Beverage industry preferred. Strong understanding of F&B industry trends, roles, and job market dynamics. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
